What is the IB Vacancy 2023 Selecation Process?
IB Recruitment 2023 selection criteria involve multiple stages.
Stage 1: Tier 1 - A written exam for all posts for IB Recruitment 2023.
Stage 2: Tier 2 - An offline descriptive test on English language and comprehension (for MTS/Gen posts).
Stage 3: Tier 2 - A driving skill test (for SA/MT posts only).

The IB Security Assistant Tier 2 Exam has two parts:
Part 1 (Common for all candidates):
Involves translating a 500-word passage from the local language to English and vice versa.
It's an offline descriptive test with 40 marks and a 1-hour duration.
Part 2 (Only for SA/Exe.):
Focuses on spoken ability and will be assessed during the Tier-3 exam (Interview/Personality test).
The Tier 2 exam is a qualifying round, and candidates need to score at least 20 out of 50 to qualify, specifically for SA/Exe.
IB Security Assistant Tier 3 (Interview):
Candidates who pass Tier 1 and Tier 2 will undergo an interview conducted by the Intelligence Bureau.
This interview is worth 50 marks and represents the final stage of the selection process.
