| For Mine Foreman:
Minimum 10th Pass with a valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) and at least 6 years of experience.

| For Mine Foreman with a Diploma:
Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying along with 2 years of experience as a Mine Foreman after obtaining the diploma.

| Trainee Mine Foreman:
Candidates with a Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying will be inducted as Trainees for 2 years. Upon acquiring the Competency Certificate of Mine Foreman (Unrestricted) and demonstrating satisfactory performance, they will be regularized as Select Grade Mine Foreman.

Minimum 10th Pass with a valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) and a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Mine Mate in a reputable mining company.
