The educational qualification required for the recruitment includes certification/degree in 10th, 12th, ITI, or an equivalent level from a recognized institute/board.

HCL Apprentice 2023: What are the Documents to be uploaded?
Upload a passport-size color photograph (size <50 KB) and signature in English (size <50 KB) in .jpg format.
Candidates who completed ITI before 2019 must provide a PDF affidavit (size <1 MB). The affidavit should be sworn in front of a Magistrate or Notary Public
on non-judicial stamp paper. It should state that they have not received previous apprenticeship training or worked elsewhere.
