Graduate with Computer Science or Electronics and Communication from a recognized Indian university.
Information Technology qualification from a university established by law in India.
3-year Diploma in Computer Application from a government-recognized institution.
Graduation from a university established by law in India with an "A" Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses) under the control of the Government of India.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in computer operations in a government organization, government undertaking, or public/private limited company.

Graduation or higher degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Application/Electronics.
Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Applications/Information Technology.
