For candidates meeting eligibility criteria, the selection process at Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) includes the following stages:
Driver:
Driving Test: Applicants undergo a driving test to assess their proficiency in operating a Heavy Motor Vehicle safely and showcasing excellent driving skills.
Interview: Qualifying candidates from the driving test proceed to an interview. Here, communication skills and knowledge of traffic rules are evaluated.
Conductor:
Written Test: Candidates appear for a written test assessing General Awareness, Mathematics, English/Hindi, and Traffic Rules knowledge.
Interview: Successful candidates from the written test move to the interview stage, where communication skills and traffic rule understanding are further evaluated.
DTC Clerk Recruitment 2023
Written Test: Candidates undergo a written test assessing General Awareness, Mathematics, English/Hindi, and Typing Speed skills.
Typing Test: Those who pass the written test proceed to a typing test, evaluating typing speed and accuracy.
Interview: Qualified candidates from the typing test face an interview, where communication skills, computer application knowledge, and other relevant factors are assessed.
