Selection Process for SBI SCO Exam 2024
Shortlisting: Just meeting the minimum qualifications and experience doesn't guarantee an interview. A committee from the Bank will decide on the criteria for shortlisting. After that, the Bank will shortlist a suitable number of candidates for the interview. The Bank's decision on calling candidates for the interview is final, and no discussions will be entertained regarding this.
Interview: The interview will be scored out of 100 marks, and the Bank will set the passing marks. There won't be any discussions about this.
Merit List: Selection will be based on interview scores. The merit list will be arranged in descending order of interview scores. If multiple candidates have the same score, they will be ranked by age in descending order.
Call Letter for Interview: Notification or call letters for the interview will be sent via email or uploaded on the Bank's website. No hard copies will be mailed.
SBI SCO Recruitment 2024:Salary Details
Candidates selected for SBI Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts in SBI Bank Recruitment 2024 will get a salary of Rs. (63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230) Salary will be given. Apart from this, they are eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, Contributory Pension Fund i.e. NPS, Leave Rent Concession (LFC), Medical Facilities, Other Will be eligible. Allowances etc. as per rules applicable from time to time.
