For the July 2025 B.Tech and B.E. Entry, the pay scale for Technical Branch Officers depends on their rank. Below are the ranks and pay scales for Technical Branch Officers:
Sub Lieutenant: Level 10, Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500 + Rs. 15,500 MSP
Lieutenant: Level 10B, Rs. 61,300 - Rs. 1,93,900 + Rs. 15,500 MSP
Lieutenant Commander: Level 11, Rs. 69,400 - Rs. 2,07,200 + Rs. 15,500 MSP
Commander: Level 12A, Rs. 1,21,200 - Rs. 2,12,400 + Rs. 15,500 MSP
MSP (Military Service Pay) of Rs. 15,500 is applicable from Sub Lieutenant to Commander ranks. Senior ranks do not receive MSP.
