a) Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the minimum eligibility criteria outlined in Paragraphs 2, 3, 4, and 5 above.
b) The candidate's name and Father’s Name in School/College certificates and Sports Certificates should match exactly, with no discrepancies.
c) When applicable, the specific position played in the game/event (e.g., Free Style, Goalkeeper, Defender, Forward, 76 Kg, etc.) must be clearly mentioned in the application.
d) For positions requiring initial training, candidates must successfully complete the training before being assigned to their posts.
e) OBC & SC/ST candidates seeking relaxation must upload a caste certificate in the prescribed format for Central Government services, issued by the competent authority.
f) Selected candidates may be posted at various locations and on different posts as per administrative needs.
g) Candidates should be prepared to appear for trials on short notice after the application deadline.
h) Sports persons assigned as Clerk cum Typist must acquire typing skills within four years, with a speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on a typewriter, or 40 words per minute in English or 35 words per minute in Hindi if tested on Personal Computers (PCs). Failure to pass the typing test within this timeframe will result in a provisional appointment without promotion or increment.
i) Sports persons recruited under the sports quota must pass the Medical Fitness Test for their appointed position.
j) Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
k) In case of any doubts or discrepancies, the English version of the rules will be applicable.
